    • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

    • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

    • R120 flat rate countrywide door to door

    • R59 pudo to locker (max 2 outfits)

    • orders of R700 or more are free shipping

    • South Africa: 2–5 business days

    • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services

    Order Tracking

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

    • We currently ship within South Africa only

    Incorrect Shipping Information

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

    • Ugly Bugs Babywear is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

    • Items must be:

      • Unworn

      • Unwashed

      • In original condition

      • With tags attached

    Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Worn clothing

    • Washed items

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Gift cards

      • Reason for return

      • Photos (if applicable)

    • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

    RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

      • The item arrived damaged

      • The wrong item was received

    • Refunds are processed once returned items have been inspected and approved.

    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
